Shashidhar Sharma is a recognised thought leader in workplace strategy, organisational transformation, and sustainable leadership. A civil engineer (Delhi University) by training, he completed the Advanced Strategic Leadership Program in Sustainability & CSR at IIM Indore (2025–26) and holds advanced credentials from Yale, Michigan and Penn Universities – in ESG, wellbeing, and sustainability.
Beyond the corporate world, Shashi is a bestselling author of spiritual fiction, "Songs of the Mist" (ranked 29th in April 2016 at Amazon India) which reinterprets the Bhagavad Gita for modern readers, and "Sound of One Hand Clapping" blends haiku with spiritual imagery. His blog ShadowDancingWithMind.blogspot.com has drawn millions of readers and was recognised as India's top blog in three consecutive years: 2014-15-16.
He founded the Green Footprint Trust, inspiring climate action and sustainability leadership with his flagship platform 'WorkGreen Conclaves'. He has also led the Cognitive Workplace Summits across India and curated Sentient Sanctuary Summits in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Bengaluru.
